Return Policy
Our goal is your satisfaction.
We will work with you to make sure you get the gear you want!
All sales are final on used items, special orders and layaways. Returns with not be accepted, no exceptions. New items that are unopened, unused and free from any damage may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase with a valid receipt. The following exceptions apply:
Guitars, basses, drums, pianos/keyboards, mixers, speakers and guitar amps may be returned for in-store credit only. Guitars that have not been properly humidified will not be accepted for returns.
Recording interfaces and MIDI controllers are non-returnable due to their one-time use software licenses.
Cables, connectors and adapters must be unopened or will only be returned for in-store credit.
Harmonicas, ear buds and in-ear monitors are non-returnable due to sanitary safety.
items that are non-returnable:
Used items, vintage items, clearance items, items identified as non-returnable, discontinued items, recording interfaces, opened software, electronic software downloads, books, CDs, videos, tubes, in ear buds, earplugs and in ear monitors, fog fluid, headphones, harmonicas, humidifiers, guitar picks, drum sticks, batteries, disposable products, cleaning products, slides, demo gear, strings, special orders -- both custom/special orders and items we don’t stock.
ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong piece of gear. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
This return policy is subject to change at any time, without notice, at the sole discretion of any Solid Rock Music LLC associate.
